These terms govern your use of Fractal Forge (the "Service"), operated by R&D STREAMS. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Fractal Forge generates fractal images from audio samples you upload. Free demo downloads are provided as described on the site. Additional downloads may be purchased.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing other people's intellectual property, interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping), or uploading audio you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and branding remain owned by R&D STREAMS. You retain rights to the audio you upload and to fractal images generated from your audio for personal and commercial use.

No guarantee of availability

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our Refund Policy.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
